With operations in over 70 countries/regions and more than 40,000 employees across 50+ facilities, the company is dedicated to employee safety and continually seeks innovative solutions to improve it.
While the company consistently prioritized safety, optimizing real-time observation of critical safety protocols presented a unique challenge. Key focus areas included ensuring effective Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) detection, reinforcing behavior-based safety practices, and enhancing vehicle safety measures. Security cameras had been installed in their facilities, but they realized that reviewing footage post-incident was a reactive strategy that didn't address the root causes of safety incidents proactively.
The company's partnership with Intenseye enabled the integration of safety management software with their existing camera infrastructure. This project, initially launched in two facilities, expanded to two more due to the significant impact on safety measures. Intenseye’s safety incident management software has been instrumental in making unseen hazards visible in the company’s facilities and helping their safety team make data-driven decisions to specifically address high risks associated with:

This collaboration led to a remarkable 90% reduction in unsafe acts and conditions within the first six months, significantly enhancing workplace safety and potentially saving lives.
